The company initially operated as a land developer, offering serviced plots of land, free of builders, to individuals wishing to build their homes. It also made macro-lots available to social housing organizations to build subsidized rental housing, in accordance with the law on solidarity and urban renewal, aimed at restoring social balance in each territory and addressing the shortage of social housing.
Evolution of Universal Housing G'VHU
The company evolved to become a developer-builder and undertook the design of its first group programs, which it offered to its partners: Social Housing Enterprises and Public Housing Offices, as part of quality “turnkey” residences.
Today, the G’vhu Habitat-Universel Group manages the entire housing creation process, from identifying the best locations to building the properties.
